CNC Machining
We provide rapid turnaround for all your CNC machining needs. We understand that sometimes you need parts immediately so we have implemented multiple techniques to allow our machines to complete your orders faster. We have CNC machines that can all produce components from a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, acetal, delrin and plastics. If you would like to provide specific compounds for us to use to produce your components, we are more than happy to provide this service.
Conventional Machining
In addition to modern CNC machines, we also have machines for conventional machining which are indispensable for our production. They are used for the production of spare parts and smaller series of products (even just 1 piece) which are just as necessary in different productions. Although some series are small, they demand many very different machining processes and accuracy which we can guarantee.
Coatings & Finishing
A lot of materials will require a finish to improve the look of the material and to protect it from the environment that it is used in which is a service we can supply. Surface finishes can be applied by numerous methods including Anodising, nickel plating, alochroming, powdercoating and passivation.
Electrical Discharge Machining
The process of wire and spark erosion enables us to cut difficult to machine conductive materials with tremendous accuracy to create shapes and forms that couldn’t be achieved with conventional CNC/Manual milling or turning. Parts can be from less than 1mm up to 450mm in thickness and very small from a few grams up to 400kg in weight. Edm can cut tungsten carbide, exotic steel alloys, titanium and aluminium – in fact as long as it conducts electricity it can be wired or sparked with edm.
